  • Can I use my own bags?

    Yes, you can certainly use your own bags if you are not willing to wait until our bags gets delivered.

  • How long does it take to deliver the bags?

    We will send the bags same day after your request and they will get delivered within 2-3 working days.

  • Do I need to pay for a van collection?

    Van collections are absolutely free of any charge as well as any other our service.

  • Can you specify what time is your driver coming?

    Although we are not able to give you specific time, you are always welcome to contact us so our customer service team can follow up with the driver and at least give you rough idea.

  • What do you do with the clothes?

    Once your clothes gets delivered to us we process them through our system where they gets sorted and shipped to other countries countries. Though some clothing may stay in the UK.

  • What amount of money do charities get?

    Every charity will get fair £300 for every tonne donated for them.

  • What are the opening times of your drop off point(s)?

    Opening times may vary from branch to branch. Please use drop-off point locator tool to find out the opening times of your preferred drop off point or contact us for more information.

  • What do charity needs to do to join your scheme?
